National Plans

Lyca Nacional M (for 1, 3, 6 and 12 months), Lyca Nacional XS (for 1, 3, 6 and 12 months), Lyca Flex, Lyca Nacional 25GB, Lyca Nacional 10GB and Lyca Nacional 5GB are exclusively national plans for using data, making national calls and sending national texts in and to the Portuguese territory.

Lyca Nacional 25GB, Lyca Nacional 10GB and Lyca Nacional 5GB plans are only intended for new customers (new SIM cards purchased online) and cannot be topped up by existing customers.

All national plans are valid for 30 days (including the day of activation), except Lyca Flex plan which is valid for 7 days. Each plan can be purchased using existing balance, so we advise customers to keep the amount necessary to purchase the plan in their account before the expiration date. If auto-renewal is activated, the plan amount will be charged automatically through the payment method associated with the account (debit or credit card). Customers can purchase 4 plans at the same time but can only activate one plan at a time. All plans will auto-renew on the expiry date, so customers must maintain the balance required to auto-renew the plan, unless they cancel the plan by simply dialing *190# or by calling Customer Service through 1632. Any calls, SMS or data used after the plan expires will be charged at standard rates.

National plans do not include international calls and texts, calls to short numbers, calls and texts to premium or premium numbers. Minutes or SMS not used within the validity of the national plans will not be carried over to the following month.

Roaming

National plans can be used in EU/EEA/UK countries. If over a 4-month period, the use of services is bigger than the domestic usage we will notify the customer and then charge the national PAYG rates. Non-EU countries calls will be charged at standard roaming charges. EU/EEA/UK roaming services are enabled for customers who travel for holidays or short trips and note that the SIM card must be first topped up and activated (make one call) in the home country in order to use this promotion. When roaming data ends, customer will be charged €0.0036/MB until bundle data runs out or plan validity expires, and after that PAYG rate of €0.0036/MB is applied. Lyca Mobile reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or to withdraw the plans indicated here from the market. Any illegal, unethical, or misused activity will result in immediate suspension of the service. International Plans

Lyca Globe, Lyca Globe S, Lyca Globe 15GB and Lyca Globe 5GB are national and international plans that allow you to use data, make calls and send texts within Portuguese territory and to more than the 50 countries included in each plan.

Lyca Globe 15GB and Lyca Globe 5GB plans are for new customers only (new cards purchased online) and cannot be topped up by existing customers.

How to buy:

If you are not yet a Lyca Mobile customer, request a Free SIM and make sure you top it up with enough balance to purchase a plan later, or enjoy the standard rates. Or you can directly purchase a plan.

If you are already a customer, type *139*plan code# (for example: *139*51003# to activate Lyca Nacional M) to activate a plan.

If you don’t have enough balance to purchase the plan, you will be asked to top up and try again.

Shortly after purchasing a plan, you will receive a message confirming that the plan has been applied to your account. You must wait for this message before using your plan.

Check your plan: At any time, you can check the details of your plan by typing *137# (this is free).

Check your balance: At any time, you can check your balance by typing *123# (this is free).

Auto-Renewal: Your plan is automatically set to auto-renew when it expires. If you keep auto-renewal turned on, it means that you want to continue using the same plan and the plan amount will be charged monthly through the associated payment method (debit or credit card).

Canceling auto-renewal: To cancel auto-renewal, you have two options:

Dial *190# before the plan expires and follow the instructions OR

Call Customer Support on 1632 via your Lyca (free call) or 26 500 16 32 via another phone (fees will apply) before the end of the plan’s validity date.
